DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time is 3 to 4 business days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays or holidays) counting from the next business day on which the order was placed. For orders outside of Spain the delivery time is longer due to international transport.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, will count as if they had been placed on the next business day.
The delivery time may be longer in case of stock out of any of the ordered products. In that case, we will contact you to inform you of this situation and resolve the incident as soon as possible.
*During holiday periods (summer, holidays and Christmas) delivery times may be affected.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free for orders over 45 euros. For orders that do not exceed this amount, the shipping cost will be shown in the cart before completing the purchase.
*Cash on delivery carries an additional surcharge of 2.95 euros, regardless of the amount of the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped.
Cancellation can be made through the contact form, writing an email to info@herbolariomedicinal.com indicating the number of the order you wish to cancel.
RETURNS
The customer will have a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the order, to return any product, as long as the product is unopened and in perfect condition.
Once the returned product is received in our warehouse and it has been verified that everything is correct, the refund will be made using the same payment method with which the customer made the purchase.
The return carries a cost of 4.50 euros, related to the collection of the product. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.
